Got this puppy up for $450 and somehow she won’t even sell at that. Should I wait or drop the price? Even at $450 it hurts to sell it that low with the amount of money in it. Nothing older than 4-6 months at most. Odyssey thunderbolt Cranks, Odyssey R15 Fork, Odyssey Bottom Bracket, Odyssey OGPC Pedals, Colony Prisma Frame, Alienation Seat, Colony Swarm Planetary Freecoaster, double wall rims, (brand new) Haro tires, (brand new) Stay Strong Top Load Stem with Hollow Shadow Conspiracy Bolts…etc. genuinely shocked it hasn’t sold. Someone bring me back down to reality… Am I tripping with my price, or just bad area to sell bikes apparently? Thanks all. Hope you’re having a great summer.

Man, that’s a great build. I think that it might need time, or it’s too niche in the market. How long have you had it listed?

Just be patient, I have a colony Prody did I tried to sell for 850 even though to get one it will cost 1000+ tax plus shipping in Halen… just hang onto it to the right person comes along if you cut your price people will have to cut theirs

It’s a lot of work, but I’d piece it out. Also use bmxmuseum. You got to pay a yearly membership fee but it’s worth it. It saves you all the seller fees

  4. Bmx bikes have very little resale value unfortunately. I think it’s due to the fact that many bmx riders are pretty poor (young, no job, etc) and those who do have money would rather build their own custom bike to suit them. I think your price is fair but it may take a long time to sell locally.
