Hello! I have this gap at my thru axle of my Grizl CF SL 7 etap. I can't unscrew the thru axle either, it's very tight and I have fear of damaging something.
Is this normal on the carbon frame?

Well you will have to unscrew it one way or the other. Use force and than see what is wrong. Maybe even contact Canyon if the bike came like this before you damage anything.
