38/17 drivetrain since I live in hilly area. Quill to normal stem adapter. Bullhorn bars. Aero brake levers. Only parts I had to buy were the stem and bullhorn bars.

Did my first fixed century on a nearly identical one when they first appeared.
Not a “great” bike (frame is a little flexy and the trackends are aesthetically challenged), but an OK one. Was greatly improved by a Surly Steamroller fork.
Hope you get many miles of enjoyment out of it.

How do you like the bullhorn with the brakes in that position? I’m thinking about going to that from my flat bar setup.
Wondering if it works be better for climbing. Lots of hills on my commute.
