u cant buy it directly from Brompton anymore. u can try reaching out to TheBromptonMan / Eerdermetal / Kinetic Glasgow just in case they have units laying around.
or u should file your problem through Brompton dealer, they will request replacement part from Brompton but it has to be installed by them (this was the rule 3-4 years back when i bought my 1st Brommie). all this out of your own pocket unless it is a warranty claim case
