My right foot (left side of photo) unclips at times from the pedals. I’m guessing it’s because they’re a bit worn and time to replace with new ones?

Yes. Btw if only one side is fucked like your right cleat then I’ll just replace that. I always clip and unclip the left while stationary so that cleat wears down long before the other, but I don’t see why I need to replace both at the same time.
