Nice set up!
My flat bar SirrusX gravel bike isn’t nearly as blinged out but I did upgrade to Ergon GP3 grips, RaceFace Chester flat pedals, and a OneUp riser bar. (Happy with the stock suture shock stem and 38 tires). Just changed this week from the Knog Oi to the Trigger Bell v6 (definitely louder and less fussy)

Nice, but somewhere along the line you will see that perfect fix to a tiny shortcoming..
