What exactly is your question ? The tire in the photo looks like it has pleeeeeenty of life, almost all of it left.

Every spot of weeping is a puncture where it’s done it’s Job.
If there is no weeping you’ve either just fitted a brand new tyre abd yet to rude it.. or you’ve ran out of sealant!
I’ve got tyres with 10s of weeping holes!
Unless it’s spraying out, you are good!

I counted approx 42 weeping spots on my recently retired tyre. It’s fine as long as it still has decent amount of sealantÂ

You can of course patch each of these tiny holes with tubeless patches from the inside of your tire, if that brings you piece of mind.

It looks like tubeless tyres NEED sealant because they are like sieves. You could always put a tube in there.
