This was a pretty minor crash, I had minimal injuries, a black nail, grazed arm and an impact to my helmet.
It's a Fox proframe helmet, with mips, I didn't really feel the impact to my head. (Probably because of the mips)

It did it’s job and you don’t have a giant gouge in your head. It paid for itself. Some manufacturers have crash replacement schemes that allow you to get discounts, so might be worth checking for.
Send a picture of it to fox and you’ll get a discount on a new one at the very least. I’ve heard of some company’s even giving out new helmets after crashes. I wouldn’t wear that one again
