For reference, I live in VHCOL and have been able to find a 2014 SL4 and 2015 SL4 for 550/800 respectively.
Looks more like a 2005. Not worth more than $350 in my opinion
Cables coming out of the side of the shifters is definitely not Dura Ace in like the last 10-15 years. More like Tiagra
Politely offer $250, be patient with the seller as they’ll quickly realize the used road bike market is both a frugal and educated bunch of buyers.
2017 is like 6 years after they went internally routed cables. 1/3rd of what is asked is still too high IMO

Looks to be stock config except seat, in good condition.
Ultegra group set.
$300 would be top dollar, and not a “good deal” on the bike.
