I’m building a fixie and the rim I want to put on the bike has a fixed side and a single speed side. I have a new single speed cassette that I want to put on the rim but I cannot find out how to take this off for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated!!

Some cheap freewheels have no tool interface for removal, in that case you just have to [destroy them to remove them](https://www.parktool.com/en-us/blog/repair-help/freewheel-destructive-removal).
Angle grinder the chainring off. Then remove the threaded body with a pipe wrench or channel locks.
