Repainted frame flat black. Built the rear wheel with Alfine 11 D12 hub and DT Swiss Competition spokes. New brake levers, chain, Di2 components, crank and bottom bracket.
Shifting is smooth and instantaneous.

Forgot to add new tires. Went with Gatorskins to hopefully reduce punctures and thus the need to often remove the rear wheel.
