Looking to get a road bike to see if I want to convert to drop bars before I drop a good chunk of change. Per the seller, this has a new wheelset, cassette, and tires. $250 seems a little more than it’s worth but with the newer parts it doesn’t seem terrible.

It does have good 105 shifters and rear derailleur. With new parts and new tires and it may not need anything then $250 may be a fair price.
Also the bike being displayed on a bike mechanic stand may be a good sign that’s it all tuned up and ready to go by someone who knows how to take care of and maintain a bike.
Probably better than buying one for $160 without new parts and with worn tires that you need to replace for around $50 to $75.
