I went outside for my first time with my bike packed and it was awesome. Went about 80 kilometres to a lake in Poland with two experienced friends. There is a lot to improve especially the sleeping mat is way to big. But it was great, I'm going to upgrade some stuff and head outside for some longer trips

Next time just put tp folded into a sandwich bag and stuff it into your frame bag.
That black and blue monster is a sleeping pad? Self-inflating?
Once you manage to replace that and the sleeping bag, your volume will drop to a third.
Probably have enough Toilet paper, depends what you plan to eat I guess.
