Early morning road cycle from Nerja to the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana and then down to Torrox Costa before returning to Nerja in Andalucia, Southern Spain.

morning team morning how are you doing good where are we going today is it a climb yes it is so there we go sunrise just approaching narca she’ll be reasonably quiet this morning just starting to climb to friggiana climbing ten percent maybe not sure we’re coming to a section that’s not quite as steep this is the first view of frigliano straight ahead no no sun on it as yet nearly at the summit i’m sure maybe that’s a three kilometer climb something like that so we’ve arrived in frigliana we’ll take a left and jump onto the balcony and find our third cyclist hey being here alone [Music] what the hell was that bob [Music] main tourists a month parking’s at a premium as ever yes yeah he’s going to check him out got him on video so it goes on the switch back in a minute and we and shortly we should get quite a spectacular view of friggiana so that’s friggliana [Music] maybe it’s a little dark i had a look at it but there we go [Music] that’s bob just coming up joining us bob good nice downhill woohoo lurker in the distance down there traffic free roads no potholes and no white lines maybe an odd goat yeah more descending it drops quite steep shortly she’s dropping into turrock’s pueblo which is a couple of kilometers um [Music] and this is this morning’s coffee shop [Music] so we’re just on his way back now to america on the coast road maybe about five or six kilometers from norca watch this traffic so that’s just about the end of the ride today thanks for watching see you next time
