My wife and I just finished the 235 km Veloroute Gourmande in Quebec, which runs from Montreal to Sherbrooke. Two very happy faces, and what a ride!

How is cycling in Quebec ? I’ve visited a few times (including to Quebec City for the first time earlier this year) but haven’t taken my bicycle (yet) – seems like it’s popular, and there seem to be some beautiful trails. I noticed one near Granby (which it looks like is part of this route) when I was over there a couple years go. Any suggestions/maps ? rail trails/fewer cars the better, and I enjoy gravel, just not hardcore MTB.
