The biggest standard box size DHL has, 120x60x60 cm, Germany –> Sweden, 34 E. Fits as if the box is made for it. It's a cube sl road pro btw.

Seriously though, what tools do you need to disassemble or reassemble it? This would certainly help me on some tours.
