Is it possible to add brake hoods to state 4130 drops?

Hi guys, bearing in mind the relatively ‘old school’ nature of the drop bars, I was just wondering if it would be possible to add brake hoods to them?

There’s a very affordable second hand bike that has cropped up, especially when you consider I live up north in UK.

However, my grip strength has only just recovered from riding a shitty hi-ten forked and aluminium framed fixie on cobbled streets for a living, so i’m concerned about discomfort/lack of hoods, frankly.
