I used to keep a lightweight chain wrapped around my seatpost, but it ruined my paint. Don’t make my mistake. Get some kind of saddle or frame bag to keep it in.
I googled “top tube u lock holder” and there’s some good options.
Get a name brand U-lock. Combination locks are easy to defeat.
I wrap it on the bars around the bar stem tucked up there. Harder on stem shifters due to interference but not terrible. Got a similar 74 Continental I ride with it on the bars
ULocks like Kryptonite have an attachment you could put 1. On the underside of the top horizontal bar OR 2. seat side of the frame and move the bottle to the front.
