instructions whether or not they want me to notify there of any thingy okay well well I’m not convinced that you’re a security guard cuz you’ve got no s you’ve got no where’s your s license why should we be with you and telling you why if you’re going to come out with an aggressive attitude sh us and where’s youra license where’s youra license straight away you happy you happy yeah when you apologize for the way you you behaved yeah please please I don’t okay any any particular reason why you’re not meeting your obligations under your licing please we not filming here you don’t give me on public yeah you can film me in public one one thing yeah any reason why you’re not meeting your license of obligations as a security guard are you required to an diplomatic premises cuz you when engageing with members of the public surely your duties to inside the Japanese Embassy not not in the public space yeah so you should have your Saia license on display any particular reason why you haven’t got it on display filming the videos why it’s interesting sorry just making a video about the Japanese Embassy okay so any puros or something yeah what yeah it’s what we’re doing we’re doing a public information video about security guards that don’t wear s licenses in embassies when they are doing licensable activity so any any particular reason why you’re breaching section 9.1 of the Private Security Act that’s a question whil you’re on diplomatic premises because it’s the property of another country are you still subject to s regulations whilst you’re inside an embassy I so so you are you are subject to regulations okay so you need to have your badge on so yes let’s put your badge on yeah why you make filming why not why you make filming just doing a video huh what’s the state approach to someone filming and to be honest with you it’s been pretty good um this morning I even went in and asked for you to you know the front desk to put me out a few P pages of pace oh few P Pace okay done they did it fair enough reason why they wouldn’t yeah no well quite quite often is what you find uh when it’s asked at the front desk they haven’t got it are they not yeah and it’s actually a legal requirement that uh section 1.1 of I think it’s 1.1.1 of pace oh so youve really brushed up on it yeah know yeah I probably know more about Pace than you do oh fair so um yeah how long you planning on being out here for it’s just so I know just so I can other people and let them know just stop other people constantly trying to approach you I don’t mind I don’t mind being approached not fair enough gives me gives me content fair enough so do you do it like YouTube that kind of thing or uh I’ve got uh various different channels so it’s all over social media oh fair enough yeah what’s your YouTube name actually do mind if I Google it or uh no I’m not giving that out I will get absolutely crucified online if I gave you my just more professional curiosity than any you you you’ll come across it because I’ve got an absolutely amazing thumbnail obviously you know look of course not I just want to when you when you say it is what I do I give a positive light a negative light it’s a kind of a documentary so when when I turned up here this morning yeah uh I explained uh bit about the station who the chief conable is who the who the inspectors uh are yeah um are went into who the Most Wanted are that you’re looking for yeah but if I’m want to do Most Wanted I’m also going to do the bad side so I mentioned obviously Ben pan from a few years ago uh Fran that was here that both got done well if you’re looking at it from solely a documentary point of view you want to cover everything cover covered both angles and and to be honest with you it’s been a it’s been a pass yeah uh this this station uh I’ve have been over station and yeah they haven’t been so nice no that’s fair but listen you just treat everyone else the way you want to be treated that’s the way I see need to come up up here you start off well if You’ have come at me given me grief You’ have got it back straight away yeah no of course come up people would grief if you absolutely need to you just speak to other people like how you want to be spoken to yeah no 100% no just SP on might and we not in Scouts yeah I’m might to shake your end there’s no no problem with that yeah uh well done cuz you know the problem is there this divide between the public and the police yeah at the moment and and doing what you’re doing now helps build that bridge oh yeah ex uh uh between it and unfortunately there’s too many officers you’ve only got to look at all the different YouTube channels yeah there’s too many offers officers that are just full of ego the way I see it you just treat people with kindness you’re more like to get treated with kindness back yeah that’s just the way to do it you just treat other people the way you want to be treated so think thing is that you’re acting like this now yeah I’d hope to think that’s how you act when the cameras are not on you yeah absolutely you know I always switch this camera on anyways whenever I’m out dealing with something and yeah I I actually cuz I was packing the away and I didn’t actually hear you when you when you were apprach so you said that and and you got to it’s a part of you know the policeing policy it’s it’s on the home office website it’s director from the home office yeah it’s from the College of police in it’s from the um apcc from 2012 it’s on um the um oh uh in uh national uh chief police Federation it’s on there that say you know when you approach an Auditors or anyone put you you know and say what it is and college policing says you know the exacts what the steps that you’re supposed to take if you’re going ends on I don’t expect to say oh by the way I’m filming CU you’re going ends on but but if if you’re just practice to really any any me any member of the public that approaches by the way I’m filming yeah no exactly you know you another reason why for that is as well don’t you well so other people aware that they’re being recorded and so then if it also goes to court as well not just that it’s gdpr yeah you’re you’re a data uh data Handler data controller yeah I’m the data subject any members of the public just cuz I can see it and the light flashing and whatever need to know that they that they can get access to that oh yeah um you know and you know and and also say that it’s available for the next 28 days yeah uh cuz look you know when I’ve seen ccer I didn’t hear you say that uh that it’s available for the next 28 days cuz if I apply for that in in 29 days that would be deleted off your system yeah unless there’s you know you’re keeping it for evidential purposes oh yeah you tend to say body War if you need it for evid yeah yeah but it does it’s when you when you upload it it stays every 28 days yeah no exactly so but yeah I just want
