Chain swaying when I am on the small front cog. I assume this is a fairly normal issue, but what is the cause?
I recently changed cassette, rear derailleur and chain. What have I done wrong?

Did you change the chain rings? Might be worn valleys catching the chain.
i think you need a shorter chain
What exact model rear derailleur? Is there a clutch that you mistakenly disengaged?
