July 2012, Robert, Chris, Gunnar, Sano and Ivan. From Zilina-Trnove to Slovak Paradise on mountain bikes. Total of 320 km in 6 days.
Day 1: Zilina-Trnove – Rajecke Teplice – across Mala Fatra mountains to Valcianska Dolina
Day 2: Blatnica – via Gaderska Dolina to top of Velka Fatra to Kralova Studna – Skalka, Kremnica
Day 3: Rest day. Visited Kremnica, Banska Stiavnica, Pliesovce
Day 4: Ocova – Kyslinky – via Polana – Sihla
Day 5: Sihla – Klenovsky Vepor – Zbojska – Muranska Planina – Muransky Hrad
Day 6: Rest Day. Visited Dobsinska Ice Cave, 25Km hike across Slovak Paradise from Pila to Hotel Flora
Day 7: Ruzomberok – Vlkolinec – Donovaly
Day 8: Bratislava
