Bike for Indoor Trainer and Some Outdoor Use

Looking for a bike that I can mostly use on an indoor trainer with Zwift and the like but with the option to use outside on occasion.

I’m 5’7” and need a ~54cm/medium frame. I’d like to keep the bike cost to $400 max.
