no… The point is that we play it everywhere, anywhere, since we are kids we play it, all it takes to play football, is something to kick(does not need to be a ball… to be honest, it does not even need to be round…). Really, your skills can make u friends, and people may respect u, so u dont get in trouble with bullies sometimes. All because of a ball game, but we kill and die for that stupid game(i dont like that part, but sadly is true). The fact is, at least 80% of our man population play or have played soccer, so mathematically speaking, a country that everybody plays a game, tend to have avarage of good players.(sorry if my explanation was to emotional and nothing explicative, or my englissh is bad, i dont even know why did i write it all)

As a brazilian🇧🇷 it's just because we play football barefoot every day even if the weather is hot like 40/45°C. We just have passion of football In Brazil, there are players as good as Neymar but they don't have a professional career
Why? Becasue all they know from the minute they could walk is football. Most of these kids are and were very poor. Playing football is cheap. You don’t need anything special for that. And so with practice and culture they became professionals. Most of them still on the streets.
