Pretty happy with how good the bike looks!
Nice looking rig. I remember seeing a road bike on panda podium. Where is the information about it? Geometry and how did you get it?

Yep panda podium sells the crazy light road bike. Yours is the first gravel bike I have seen. Didn’t know they existed.
I am big into ordering directly from China but I don’t see them selling anywhere is why I asked.
Gonna pull the trigger on something sooner or later I want to fit bigger tires than my current bike takes. Want 50s bad.
Good looking ride. Enjoy it.

Just wondering out loud…
Going for a very little known Chinese frame is brave, but can get you something that is truly good for less money than Western brands.
But, Chinese wheels have been around forever and people use those even in Western bikes, so why would you pair a Chinese frame with Zipp wheels? You could have gotten lighter wheels from China for half the price.

Unless you have the worlds longest compression plug you need to cut your steerer tube.
Snapping the steerer tube due to the stem being unsupported != fun.

That chainring looks huge for a gravel ride.

Is the first image your final setup with the longer stem?
If that’s a carbon steerer you really need to cut it and move the expansion plug down, you’re almost certainly clamping the stem where the steerer tube isn’t supported by the expansion plug which will quickly cause damage.
