For a 280$ is it a steal?

I’m new to fixed gear but been wanting to buy one for over a year thinking it was just a phase. But it wasn’t. Anyway is it a good frame? I have a few other options which is a constantine urbane 2018 (220$), tsunami snm100 (230$) and fuji venom(180$). Thank you!
