I found a trek roscoe 7 on FB marketplace, and the owner has told me that it’s both a 2023 and a 2021. I can’t seem to find any roscoe 7 in this color, so could someone help me identify what year this bike is?

Get a picture of the serial number under the bottom bracket and google it or ask a shop to search it. The last letter of the serial number identifies what year it was made.
Looks like a 2019.
