I’ve been looking and hundreds of bikes and I’ve narrowed it down to 4, will you help me choose?

Hi, I'm new to reddit posting overall so please be nice if I don't understand etiquette. Following the rules I'll start by saying
– I'm not sure how I want to ride – mostly in the city but kinda like dirt/street style with lots of bunny hops. Also I'd like to be able to go to the mountain and ride some light trails there, I've never done that but have always wanted to.
– My budget started from 500BGN but now I'd be willing to pay 1000BGN if the bike is worth it really.
– My current bike is a RAM 4130 dirt jumper and It's actually a very comfortable commute bike with the exception of no gears. I'm planning on adding gears but I also want a newer bike to ride in more mountain conditions and also I want a second bike to be able to ride with my gf.
– I have some experience dirt jumping (not much) and some street hopping and I would like to try longer distance riding and in a bit more extreme conditions.
– Mostly I'd want a trial/dh ht bike because they feel comfortable to me and seem versatile, while street specific bikes make me feel super uncomfortable, unstable and limited.

That being said I'll list the bikes and add links so you can see the photos and pricing. I'll also add a screenshot of an excel table I made so I can compare and choose more easily – I started with 10 options and got them to 4. I hope I can talk the sellers into lowering the price. I'm kinda confused because I'm in the middle of wanting something that's just good enough and also wanting the best quality for a limited price. I hope we get a good discussion going – if not else it's just fun talking about bikes. 🙂
