  1. Rack & panniers (and dry bag for rack top if desired), small frame bag, fork mounted cages for bags or bottles, handlebar bag, stem bags, top tube bag.

I’d put a motor on it. Maybe chance the air conditions with some doors. So a car

My partner rides XS frames and uses an Arkel Rollpacker from the seat post, which you can mount upwards to help prevent the bag from touching the rear tire: [Rollpacker](https://arkel.ca/products/rollpacker-bikepacking-bag?variant=42881458864377&currency=USD&utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=USA-Multifeed&utm_content=Rollpacker%20Rear%20-%20Bikepacking%20Bag&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=21220485087&utm_content=&utm_term=&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwyo60BhBiEiwAHmVLJZmYLKuvDlG1cr3zDkBcXaWraacYIkSZ1phFNT8-I63C0_1uqebPPhoCnngQAvD_BwE)
For the front, either a minimalist rack to support a front bag or a more substantial rack with panniers could be a good option. Depending on how much you carry, you can then consider fork mounted bags for additional storage.
Bikepacking.com has a great set of pages with specific options for each of these types of bags to help get a sense of what’s out there

  5. Tailfin at the back and you’re done 🙂 but it comes with a price…..

Random question about your XS surly. How tall are you? I’m looking at a surly build for my kid. He’s at that age/ height where a 26” would be great, but I’d love to get him something with more gusto and longevity.
