Just got back from a 40k ride with 588 meters of climbing. Sat down and saw this. I have thick thoghs but this has never happened to any of my other bibs on that same route. One and done for VAN RYSEL bibs for me even though they were very comfortable.

Where would that have even rubbed off on? Your seat?
You put out so much power that you tore the fibers from the seam!! Doh. Sorry your one-time used bibs didn’t last long. Maybe you can contact their customer service to see if they’ll exchange it?
This is disappointing to see. I’ve been on the fence about trying their products and this makes me hesitate to buying from them.
Do you have any Velcro bags in that area? So strange – not entirely ruined but still frustrating seeing it on ride 1.
Definitely check your saddle in that area!
