I bought this off a friend. I am completely knew to mtb. I know next to nothing about this bike, I just know I got a hell of a deal. Can anyone tell me exactly which model and maybe even year this is?

it appears to be a sb5…the model on the side gives it a way. Looks like mid 2010’s…geo is pretty dated. I’d hope under $1000
