Wie immer ein tolles Video. Dank euch kann ich mich endlich motivieren regelmäßig auf meinem Heimtrainer zu sitzen! Am liebsten sind mir die Geschwindigkeits- und Verfolgungsabschnitte. Der Widerstand an meinem Gerät ist zwar immer der Selbe, aber irgendwie meint der Kopf Bergab geht leichter als Bergauf. 🙂 Weiter so und vielen Dank!
Nice ride – good to ride with the "pacer". She helps make it challenging as she gives up ground very grudgingly. A bit more descents than normal, but overall the scenery is great, the music is very supportive of a good workout, and the overall product was top notch.
I like your videos, they are the best … but I don't like that you do not go through the cycle track at the end, you use the pedestrian zone.
I really appreciate these videos- not quite so keen on the gratuitous butt shots but then I suppose that's what I would be getting if I were cycling in reality. Many thanks for these 4k uploads
