Ok guys, I'm going all in with this one. Never ridden a fixed gear bike (I like the idea of it) and pretty much never really worked on a bicycle. I am turning my 3 gear hub lekker Amsterdam into a fixed gear. Has been a painful process but I'm reaching the end. Hopefully I will enjoy the ride in the next few days

I had this exact same 3 speed lekker many years ago. The thin alu frame + fork is quite an uncomfortable ride. I realised this after trying other framesets. Personally i wouldnt try to upgrade this build any further. Better to sell it and buy a whole new bike
