To all you people; -Yes, i see the fixed gear(?) and the toe “guides”. But in order for that to work AS A BRAKE, you need to have decent toe clips and/or straps, I don’t see any of that here.
To everybody; There is a reason why you need two independently functioning brake systems. If the chain breaks on a fixie, yes, you need a front wheel hand brake. On the other hand, if the front brake cable on the above bike snaps, the rider needs to have another brake on the rear wheel.
It’s just basic common sense, just like wearing a helmet.
