Bought this bike from a friend (just the frame) planning to change the handle bars as well but my question what gear should I run on these I live in a flat area no hills here really. Any suggestions? I also want to do some skidding on these.

You sadly don’t have the correct dropouts for a fixed gear bike. Yours are vertical and fixed gear uses horizontal or with old converts diagonal dropouts. You can probably get a tensioner for ur rear n make it a single speed with a brake but it will be hard to turn that into a fixed gear. It’s one sweet frame tho n hope u get to build it soon.
