
I was recently given a hand me down bicycle that I am looking to fix up.
I am looking to replace its chain and tyre tube because it has been punctured once before and patched up.
The chain has a marking on it: CL555, 11S, KMC-0L
The tyre has the following markings:
Kenda, Moped, 45-622 (700 X 45C), Min.50 – Max.80 PSI 3.5-5.6 BAR 350-560 KPA
My question is how do I identify what replacement part I can look up online to buy?
For the chain I can look up 11-speed chains but I see there are multiple options and non of them seem to have the KMC-0L marking specifically which I thought might be the chain type/model. So how do I tell what chain to get?
On amazon I see 2x 11-speed option from KMC with E11 or X11 and also an option of 114 and 118 chain links. How can I tell which to get?
Similar question for the tyre. The Kenda brand seems to be the brand of the tyre itself. But I am not sure what to look up for a replacement tube inside the tyre. Is the tube identifier the 700 X 45C? Seaching this up seems to bring up various options with different valve. Mine seems to be the Presta valve from the pictures I can see its the long skinny valve.
Will this 700 X 45C work for a replacement?
Additionally, what PSI should I be pumping up this tyre to? Im not entirely sure what "Min.50 – Max.80 PSI 3.5-5.6" means. Do I pump it anywhere between 3.5-5.6 PSI? Do I pump all the way to 5.6 if im on the heavier side as a rider?

You can buy basically any 11 speed chain. It needs to have the same number of links as your current chain. You might not be able to buy a chain with the exact same number of links, in which case you should buy the next longer chain and remove the excess links with a chain breaker.
700 x 45C specifies the wheel diameter (700 mm) and tire width (45 mm). Because inner tubes are stretchy, a given inner tube can accomodate a range of tire widths. So you should look for an inner tube compatible with the same diameter wheels, and that can accomodate your width of tire. The inner tube will specify what range of sizes it is compatible with, so it might say “40 to 60 mm” in which case it would be fine. Somewhat confusingly, 700 mm wheels are sometimes also referred to as 622 mm, but it’s actually the same thing. So don’t be confused if you see 700 or 622; these mean essentially the same thing.
You want the same type of valve. A final difference to look out for is the valve length. Some bicycles come with very deep rims, and some inner tubes are made with longer valves to accomodate this. The rims on your bike seem to be quite shallow so you won’t need a particularily long valve.
Tubes can be made out of different types of material (butyl, latex, TPU). The standard is butyl, if you don’t know what to get, get butyl.
For tire pressure, there are various online calculators that can calculate the optimum pressure according to your weight, tire size and riding style. The min/max marking are just that, the minimum and maximum that the tire can be safely used with. For optimum performance it’s important to not just use a random guess, but use a calculator instead.

No, 3.5 – 5.6 are values in bar. 5.6 PSI would be way too little. It’s 50-80 PSI. You probably want to be closer to 50 PSI than 80 PSI; 80 PSI is really a lot for a 45 mm tire.
