Which Bike for Short Road Commute?

Hi all,

I live in London and my commute is mostly flat around 25/30 mins. I am looking to get a new bike which is a bit faster than my current hybrid.

Which one would you get out of these 3: Shizuoka Hoy, Scott Speedster or Boardman? All apparently in good condition but the Boardman looks more well used.

Looking for speed and a bit of comfort. Any feedback would be much appreciated!!
