This one seems to come from brakes. Once per revolution at exactly same spot, doesn't matter if im pedaling or not. It dissapears if i push on little metal clip that is inserted into the brakes. Any ideas how to fix this?

Bro, nobody will be upset at you if you try cleaning your drivetrain.
I can say with fairly high confidence that your discs are beyond the wear limit. That click is the least of your worries.
How much pad material do you have left? That rotor looks smoked. If the metal thing you pish on to make the sound go away is the spring between the pads, I wouldn’t be surprised if your pads are so worn that the spring is now catching on the rotor.
