what the what’s going on hello it’s me it’s Liz from stapes Craft on a nice hot day it’s about 25 in here already there is no Breeze but we’re here and we’re going to be doing a mini scrapbook so I hope you are all well I’ve sort of prepped a bit but probably not enough uh but when you join let me know that you have where you’re from and uh we can get to know each other a bit cuz we’ve got quite a few sorry there’s a really odd thing going on but it’s fine um there’s quite a few new people so it would be nice to get to know you so I’m hoping when you you go um hello so we we’re going to have fun today cuz it’s dropping in and out and I can’t see the chat let’s see what happens if I so we’ve got I’m looking at the chat on my phone this is going to be really interesting um I’m actually going to just tip that down a wee bit more that’s better uh so we’ve got Nora we’ve got Caroline we’ve got Judith from a scorching hot day in East Sussex we’ve got Karen from Victoria Caroline is in Scotland Mary from the Netherlands um and Leslie from Sydney so I am using I opened this last week but I’m using the scenic rot travel Journal now I should just let you know I have developed some interesting allergies which means you may have noticed last week I had a bit of a cough um and it’s still there always good fun so I’m going to be having to drink quite a lot um so apologies for that but I still cannot see any comments other than on my phone so if I squid I’m sorry uh right so I’ve started doing a little bit of prep um oh and I should say if you’re enjoying what you see thumbs up light on cuz you know more heat that’s a good idea uh and flip the camera down it’s sort of where I want it to be sort of right I’m just going to plug a power cable into my phone because if we’re going to have to do phone for comments it’s going to need to be on so let’s do that let’s get the cable out of the way hello Barbara hello Jan from a sunny weekly oh Gremlins uh yeah you wouldn’t believe what the Gremlins are doing hopefully the stream is going okay and that’s what really matters hello Karen so in the scenic root um kit you get the journal uh you don’t get all those photos I get those um you get a small roll of this and by small I mean it’s still quite a big roll uh as in it’s this size so it’s still quite a nice large roll oh I must show you those as well um and you get lots of both die cuts and stickers the stickers come in all four of our languages so that’s uh English French German and Dutch now I have used some of the stickers in different languages to cut things out uh but but this is the English version uh so we’ve got love this place um twice with a Geo tag hello Debbie no sun rained you before noon oh I’m sorry Caroline because Scotland’s had not bad weather before recently let’s see if I refresh the chat if that’s going to do anything no I’m still on my phone never mind so we’ve got destination and date we’ve got hello Best Day Ever smile delish my travel Journal oh I know what I’m going to use that one for uh love we travel not to escape life but for life not to escape us uh so little time so much to see I think probably the other way around having so much fun uh today’s highlights my top five all the details so yummy the Inside Story the plan just loving life let’s go always say yes to new adventures don’t forget enjoy the view the world is a beautiful place best ever seriously question mark exclamation mark bit like what’s going on with my camera today uh and love hello Rose from Australia we’ve got more stickers so we’ve got these stickers I won’t be using the plane today that much I can tell you um or or the bike probably but geot tags foliage suitcases all the good stuff um you’ve had two dry days oh wow sorry I’ve got got a spider um so these are stickers these are stickers these are stickers these are bits that I’ve taken off the French uh uh the German and the Dutch so I’ve fussy cut around the Geo tag um from that sticker more stickers so we’ve got numbers we’ve got the alphabet complete with other bits we’ve got another alphabet and then we’ve got these pockets and I have taken to Pieces all of the sorry this it’s a fly it’s not a what’s that oh it’s a bit of that okay sorry I’m talking to myself um so we’ve got uh this has bits to pop out so that’s like a notepad notepad but with a grid a frame which I don’t know if it’s meant to be a frame or whether I’ve just kept the frame around two bits tag lots of tags which do have holes I just need to pop them out another one there two more there uh another notepad another and then journaling spots Etc so in the Box you get some I thought I had them out maybe I don’t didn’t come on no I must have them out some instructions now to call them instructions is to probably overinflate them I thought I had the instructions that’s because I have here they are so they don’t give you instructions as such um but they give you some ideas and I think what they’ve done is taken some of these stickers and punch bits out I’m not sure or cut um but yeah so they’ve got lots of ideas and some the information about how to stick your envelopes on so I have put mine together with the yellow this is wild wheat uh the yellow on the outside of one of my Blues and that’s got a Tucky and then the blue on the outside of one of my yellows another Tucky um so that’s how I’ve put it together but there is no right or wrong way on how to do that oh gosh the lag is Dreadful sorry about that oh there’s masses in the kit Caroline it’s huge absolutely huge so I am going to hopefully terrified um scrapbook my trip to um a hotel just outside kidderminster this was in lie of going on the incentive trip excuse me so my brother and sister-in-law my husband and I all went away for a long weekend so we arrived on the Friday and left on the Monday so we had two full days plus the afternoon the morning um which was wonderful and I have a few just a few photographs this is only some of them let it be said so some of them I’m going to do small some of them I’m going to do larger so should we go oh I’ve got some ephemera as well so I’ve got we went to a place called hambury Hall which is a National Trust and we went on the seven Valley Railway got slightly inebriated because my brother mother and sister-in-law very kindly um paid for us to go on the Gin tasting experience on the seven Valley Railway which was amazing apart from the final I mean it was amazing full stop but the final um gin so we had three Gins and the final one was infused with chocolate now I can’t eat chocolate so they said that’s fine you can have either of the other two again and they gave me an incredibly generous serving so they got a tiny little like a shot glass with a little bit of gin in the bottom and I got a fullsize glass with a lot of Jin in the bottom so happy day right so I’ve got those two bits I’ve got the tickets from the railway um so I’m kind of good to go however before I do I just want to show you what we did at the weekend when it was creativity now now some of you will have been on this Jin is your tiple is it Leslie who it’s Jin my is my tiple as well so we’ve been you we were using creativity now which is a demonstrator only event virtual we made some cards using some of the items from the new catalog you could buy it if you wanted I mean what I remember of it yes I have to say when we got off the train to turn we have to get off the train in order to get back on to come back and when they fresh air hit hit me whoa anyway so these are the cards that we made I put extra bits on the inside but they were Jolly I love these and although there is a cardinal esque look about the birds they don’t have to be Cardinals so again I popped that’s in there so this was watercolor pencil on Smokey slate which was lovely and then finally we did one of those scallop boxes and this is the um pearls pearli effect copper um and then in gold as well but it’s the copper when it’s just squished across the back of the of the box and it’s so shiny anyway so that was what we were doing at the weekend just thought I would show you those come back with the other bits so I am going to copy cuz there’s nothing wrong with copying the outside of the book and I’m going to do that first thank you Caroline uh they were done for us as in you know we were told what to do with them all um so I’m going to this is a sticker so I’m going to peel off my sticker oh I see they put that there right okay so this goes round to keep it all together so I’m going to pop my making sure everything’s the right way up first which is so I’m going to pop this sticker down got a love a sticker uh then I need my travel Journal so that’s my travel Journal which I will pop just there for the moment and then I need a little bit of one of these I think for the stripe do I want the stripe I think I do I’m going to use this one it’s not the same so I should give you the colors Leslie did the first thumbs up woohoo thank you Leslie so the colors are um uh Calypso Coral early espresso lost Lagoon petal pink and wild wheat I know not Everyone likes wild wheat but you know hello Elizabeth from Melbourne so I’m going to pull this one up a bit and I want it kind of Y long somewhere I have some Snips oh yes underneath the destructions now I’m a bit nerdy like this I’m going to cut this end off as well because this end has got round corners and the other end doesn’t so you can obviously add other bits I’m also going to put this up uh you can add other things that are that will go from a color point of view oh no that wasn’t meant to attach to that come on off you come thank you so that’s going to go kind of there but I do want some other bits tucked in like they have so what have they got they’ve got those ones don’t those I want H oh that’s where they get those right okay I’m there sorry it’s really pathetic my brain um I’m going so they’ve used one of these I’m going to use one of my fly go away one of I’m going to just stick that down I’m going to use one of my Geo tags from Caroline likes wild wheat Rose likes wild wheat I need to get my um Pokey tool my take your pick you’re not alone Caroline I don’t dislike wild wheat I wouldn’t say I love it but I certainly don’t dislike it come on now normally this would not be so difficult to take to Pieces but it’s because I’ve done fussy cutting around it so it hasn’t got the easy peel Edge that you would normally get and I think one of the little cameras we’ve got a little [Music] camera should have more cameras somewhere oh that fly I don’t want to just kill it I would have put money on there was a smaller camera but can I find it oh there it is oh and those are the those are the ones they put on the outside fair enough so my travel Journal actually I want that overlapping there now I have one or two rules about where I put things and I’ve just notic that that is wrong that’ll be my smart speaker telling me something okay that’s staying put uh so that’s fine so I I I follow and love um a scrapbooker called chamelle Lane she’s been around for quite a while she’s a young youngish for me youngish um American who now lives in the UK she’s married to a Brit etc etc and she’s a fantastic scrapbooker she always says make sure everything tight Tes as many things as possible and don’t leave little gaps which is why I’ve just put that there so uh can you zoom out a little oh would that I can um possibly not because I have no control at the moment over what is going on with my camera so no sorry um this is actually the space I normally use for my lives but because we’re looking at a bigger thing thing so I’m sorry but no I can’t um cuz I have no control at the moment um so sorry no can’t be done um your my wants 5 Seconds Of Fame absolutely light wild Bo it’s just a dull gold absolutely right so I’ve done my cover yay so first the first thing I’m going to pop here and I have sort of sorted them into an order is um is Oh I thought i’ done a better job than that oh that’s cuz these are the things I’ve just that needs to go separately that needs to go separately that right so this is the hotel we were staying in so I’m going to start with this on the outside of my thing Caroline likes the camera position that’s all right then um so this is my where I’m going to start um I’m just going to stick this straight onto the outside and put a sticker somewhere near it so they’re using Teran tape OBS cuz it’s in the pack so let’s use Teran tape so yes would that I had any control over the camera today but the camera has decided I’m not so we’re just going to have to go with what I’ve got let’s just be glad it’s happened we were nearly using my phone and as I’ve just so some of you know that I’ve got some health issues which is why no surprise this is not a s a what’s the word i’ forgotten the term spoiler this is not a spoiler um so I will be resigning from stamping up at the beginning of July there is a video explaining why um where was I going with that oh yes because I’ve got health issues one of the health issues I’ve got is that I’ve been getting what appears to be atrial fibrillation so in order to monitor that because they in order for them to confirm that it is atrial fibrillation they need to get an ECG reading of when I’m getting it easier said than done really so I’ve now got on the back of my phone um a heart monitor that comes out and I use it with an app um and so my phone is now like a brick and trying to get a brick to hang on to my um little tripod was going to be impossible but technology was was working I was using an elastic band um anyway so uh what a great set to give as gifts absolutely Leslie so there we are they we’ve got that front piece whether I get this done in an hour is dubious looking at the time however so this is in French I can I’m not fluent in French but I know J jador seit is I enjoy this site or view or whatever so I’m going to pop that there um I’m probably going to write in black there where we are so that’s page one done so we’ve now got this now I’m going to start with views of the hotel now if anyone wants to know where I get my photos printed I have a Canon selfie CP 1500 um so I print them at home it means I can print them when I want them not having to worry about oh do I order that one or do I order that one or whatever um now I am going to have to trim these down because one of the things it doesn’t do is allow you to have a double width um margin between your two if you do a two up you can do two up four up eight up whatever you want and I should have done this before we went live but you know I was trying to get the camera to work I had to re reboot the app a number of times you have to do what works best absolutely what’s slightly odd is because there is a delay um I’m having to think about what you’re seeing that you’re reacting to so yes the heart monitor thing I think is what you’re talking about Caroline is very handy in that it just sits on the back of the phone the only thing is you then have to open the phone open the app sit in an upright position and record your heart rate um now I’m not a great fan of landscape and portrait on the same page but I’m going to overlap them so it works um so I’m very happy with that let me bring that into the camera so you can see it and let’s get rid of this lot cuz it’s getting in my way which is probably why you want more camera zooming in so that’s going to go like that oh I know what else I can add photo wise should be somewhere towards the back there it is picture of our bedroom or our bed in our bedroom so actually I should oh Mary for onstage the scenic root would be amazing um it would be perfect perfect so what I’m going to do to speed things up is do the long EDG as one whoop who would have thought but I am loving this as an introduction to scrapbooking I think this is perfect and bear in mind that we are going to have more scrapbooking products coming thanks to close to my heart oh Caroline it was divine I think Divine is the word I’m looking for maybe they are that’s the answer so we do that and that that’s fine right so now these I’m just putting adhesive in the middle because if I want to tuck things underneath it then means I still can um so what I did Caroline is you can if you earn the incentive trip you can cash it in if you can’t go for whatever reason um [Music] and that’s what I did and I basically spent the cash in which isn’t as much as the cost of the event um but it’s it’s not a bad chunk of change and I just booked this hotel up to the value of that oops that and I’ve got a tiny bit of Aura going on so this could be interesting it’s only a tiny bit I’m going to have something to drink which will help this is another of the problems that I’ve currently got I’ve had aura migraines for years and I’m now getting Aura without the migraines which is just joyous but the problem with that is you can’t see fully so it’s kind of interesting doing scrapbooking um and Alive whilst doing that I’m going to come back and embellish once I’ve got everything kind of in um because then I can spread things out a little so that’s our first day that’s our second day where are the extras that’s second day right no that’s okay so this oh I have got I have got others I’ve got other photos where are they there we are so this is my husband looking at a train and generally trying not to be on camera so we were really lucky with the hotel I had knew nothing about it um um I booked it through um a travel company who did a package for us um which included on our last night um a I kid you not nine course taster menu um which was actually quite good because the menu didn’t change while we were there and although there were four dishes at each level if we’ have been there for three nights that would have been a bit um two nights was fine so if you kind of think oh I’d like to have both of those you could have one one night and one the other but um so that’s going to go there like that it’s good you did not lose out and able to spend a few days away it was lovely and we were really lucky because the weather was actually not bad um I mean I was in shorts and a t-shirt both days so yeah as indeed was my sister-in-law I think my brother must have been in in shorts as well my husband doesn’t tend to do shorts he’s got this thing about the fact he’s got white legs guess why he’s got white legs the only way they’re going to be not white so who cares about a fence yeah right so now we’ve got the inside so this is going to be our day at on rather the train if I I can find where did I put them oh God I can’t see them if I’m looking so this is the information about the um the seven Valley Railway which starts in kidderminster so I’m going to pop that in there where it fits reasonably well actually now here’s the thing has it just going to put my hand in the pocket to see there is a little lip at the bottom so I’m going to see if I can get over over that lip at the moment it’s catching on the lip that’s better so that goes in there and then I’m going to use just two of the tickets I mean I know there were four of us but I’m I am going to do a full scrapbook of this uh you can only eat small meals I’ve had one full week to enjoy I’d have one the full week to enjoy the food yeah no that makes perfect sense um so I am going to do a full scrapbook of these so these I’m going to use just two and um put two in the other scrapbook so I’m just checking my heart rate so the train now as I say this was the Gin train so what we got we’ve got Martin looking at a train we’ve got a train now bearing in mind it was a gin train we knew we were going to get Gin um what do we do we have a drink beforehand uh I would say that three of us had a non-alcoholic logger and one of us had alcohol let’s just say I wasn’t the one who had the alcohol so I need that because this is the Gin now they had the company that were doing the Gin tasting is a company called the Piston um which is a nod to the railway there’s the other Geo tag um and as an even more of a nod to the railway the first gin that we were served which we all of the Gins we were told to taste before the tonic went in so so that we could actually taste the Gin rather than the tonic which does make sense um and it was kind of anaid so it had dried chili in it it had all sorts of other Botanicals and some coke from the um engine seriously cope from the engine um so which settled so you had to they said you have to shake it to wake it CU there was this black sediment at the bottom of the bottle uh it wasn’t disgusting you’d think it was it wasn’t um however it wasn’t my favorite my favorite was the second one but I have got a bottle of the shake it to wake it um and the only place you can buy the um the seven Valley Railway gin is on the seven Valley Railway however they did then give us 10% off any gym we bought on the day they asked they told us that at the end of the trip um so before we got off to turn around and come back again uh I think they deliberately do it at the end of the trip because by then you are basically drunk I would hasten to add we took an Uber to the railway we would not have been able to drive home so as I say had my system not been playing up this morning I would have done that before we started however we are where we are so we need to do this in an order so we’re going to start with the ticket and the tickets and I’m going to do a little Tucky um so I’m going to make a little Tucky so I’m still coming in a little away from the edge in case I want to tuck anything underneath and then I need that’s the top so I need to judge how far down I want my that piece because that then becomes a pocket this would be so much easier without Aura you’re all being very quiet please tell me you’re still there cuz bearing in mind I’ve had connection issues it would be useful to know you’re still there and then these go in there and it doesn’t matter if they stick out it’s fine in fact so that’s that uh then we did actually go into the museum but I’ve not got museum pictures so we’ve then got Let’s Fold that out oh I was worried we’d Frozen there for a while but we haven’t that’s all right so we’ve then got that we’ve got Martin looking at a train we’ve got a train we’ve got us on the train and then we’ve got the Gin that works woohoo you got to love it when it works my counting worked technically this actually was at the other end of the train journey but who knows you know only you and I know that you’re still being very quiet please tell me you are there oh dear now I here thank you right so that’s going there now obviously you can use tape runner if you would rather it’s probably quicker but as we’ve been given Tean tape I’m determinedly using it h hello Nora actually after the journey had finished but it makes more sense if it’s now and do remember that you can put things at funny angles if you want there are extra Pockets that you can put in which I may or may not be using um so then we’ve got us on the train so what I think I’m going to do is having done this section is continue with this section Mary’s playing with her kittens I think playing with your kittens is a very good excuse for not being watching fully so I’m going to finish this section and then I’m going to go back and embellish it so that you can kind of see where we’re going um and then if I’ve got time I will continue with hambur Hall and the other bits hambur Hall being the National Trust place we went right so that’s all seven Valley Railways so we’ve got the hotel we’ve got hit this uh let’s see what we can add in the way of stickers first let’s get rid of that for the moment get rid of those don’t need that for the moment although I might you oh actually actually is there anywhere I can put that no not really not with that one anyway oh but I could put it there oh oh oh who says we can’t okay so I’m just going to peel that back a bit so this is going to go there but this bit isn’t going to have sticky on it oh funny Leslie we did I did have strong coffee at the end of The Journey oh bless the Mary still groggy from yesterday’s anesthesia right so bone folder we go I can actually find my bone folder although having taken the Teran tape off wasn’t very clever of me right let’s do it this way note to self when you want to burnish don’t take the tarant tape off everything hello Julie’s crafting oh lesi I think it’s the kittens that have had the anesthesia so I’m popping that there so this bit isn’t stuck down if it starts getting annoying I can always put a glue dot under there so I’m then going to use this piece of journaling or this card for journaling it’s got little circles to pop out now I have dpip to everything just saying so that’s going to start telling the story so if we go back to here have I got let me grab a ruler a ruler is really useful when you come to doing some of these things so I want to do seven Valley so you can stick your letters and I’m only using I’m just checking cuz I’m as I say with aura it’s oh I’ve got chat oh I’ve got chat on my screen at long last whoa as opposed to my phone um so yes I’m using the ruler I’m use using this because with aura it’s interesting looking at what you’re doing and trying to concentrate and stuff sometimes you can actually use lose as I am um total brain right that’s I’m going to leave that don’t know who it is well actually I think I do know who it is um and it’ll be for my husband who probably isn’t at his desk but that’s what the answer phone is for the reason I’m looking is because I know seven as in seven Valley is not spelled like seven as in one two three it is a very very good tip for layering letters oh where’s my mouse oh there we are oh they were sterilized yesterday oh that’s uh male female one of each seven doing this also means you know you’ve got enough letters now I don’t know if I’m going to put the word Railway on um My Heart Reading I get my heart reading off here uh it’s nowhere near where it needs to be in order for me to worry about um doing a reading it’s up because it’s hot um but it’s not up up uh it’s a very odd sensation um I don’t know I mean if people have had aib they’ll know but oh I’m using a lot of Ease on this never mind um my heart rate goes up to the rate where it’s aib when I’m at the gym but then it’s not apib it’s something complet completely different um and it feels completely different it’s very odd right so I’m just going to bring another ruler in to use to line up against although actually this goes under slightly now this is an alphabet that is a bit awkward that’s not straight or indeed totally in the right place oh it’s going to have to stay um because you’ve got to decide what you’re going to do with your ascenders and descenders because when we get to Valley the Y goes quite a long way down right so seven so my question would be am I going to go down with the y or up with the Y and I think I’m going to go down and I think I’m going to go I’ve got a lovely P of bits on the edge of my desk um I think I’m going to go kind of heish so I’m going to start with my V basically under my R is these are a really nice weight of card stock sticker so my L is coming up next to the n yeah it’s a weird sensation Caroline I really didn’t know what was happening the first time so I’m going to line up my the top of my y with the top of these straight letters as opposed to the ones that Ascend so there we are seven Valley please tell me that’s the only how you spell Valley it is so seven Valley perfect let’s get rid of the rulers and bring out some stickers don’t need those so we can have date and destination be nice if that fitted there but it’s not going to or I could put it there or I could put it oh I can put it up there let’s pop it up there so I can then put the date and where we are and I like this Gap don’t ask me why but I do so date and destination so that’s the off the French sheet so we’ve then got other stickers and we’ve got words so don’t think I want any of those oh I could use that let’s use another camera that might go there I think and I want something to go in here having made that Gap I need to put something there and I think oh could have having so much fun which fits perfectly I haven’t stuck down the ends yet because I might tuck something under or not so the inside story thank you glad you like it Caroline so the inside story because this is the Inside Story not sure I want delish actually you know what I’m going to have I’m going to have seriously and then is that going to or should I have that or no no no where’s the other sticker sheet with my other sticker sheet there it is so I’m going to use some more of this sticker to go there like that just going to um get this toot off my desk cuz it keeps sticking to my arms not that it’s hot or anything but it is so Inside Story seriously because obviously that’s got the whole weird gin thing in it is that going to go in there no no should have thought about that a little bit earlier but it’s fine and there’s nothing to say you can’t add other o Tucky Tucky right so I’ve got out some linen thread so that’s going to go over there like that that’s then going to go in there and you can pull it out and I’ll have some stuff um and I will add some more embellishment when I know that I’ve got enough smile H that or that I think that which way did I stick it I think I stuck it that way I did that’s all right actually what I’m going to do is that because that means I have two stickers for the price of one if I stick it back on here to keep it safe and then this they are very sticky stickers can tuck under there there so the seven Valley Railway I mean it’s a it’s a I think it’s the longest railway where did the train go to before going back it went to Bridge North yes Bridge North and it’s about 17 miles I think it’s the longest um Heritage Railway and it goes through a zoo and you actually see the zoo animals it’s really cute so there’s going to be lots of writing that’s that needs a that needs a one of those cuz I love my Mortel right so that’s that that’s that so that’s kind of the beginnings of that so let’s see if we can we’re about at an hour but let’s see if we can keep going for a little bit longer so where’s hambur h g there you are so this goes there so that tells everyone about hambur Hall and again we’re going over that little lump at the bottom so let’s have a look at what we’ve got here so that is Hamry Hall which is going to go there that’s hambur Hall that’s hambur Hall that’s not that’s bossom bathing ah right so this was one of those weird things so while we were away was when the Aurora Borealis was in the UK and here’s an admission this is my photograph um but I want to record the fact that the Aurora Borealis happened while we were away we couldn’t get any decent F pictures because of the uh light pollution but I think it is worthy of being reported and I want a sticker and I think I’m going to use this one but I’m not I’m not going to use very much of it uh snits where have I buried them there they are so um I’ve got a silicon mat underneath my grid paper so I’m just sticking those on there one while I sort out sticking this on because what I want to do is save some sticker but it really was it was a lovely lovely day out um on the train so I’m just going to pop that down gently this complet the fluff it’s just picked up is going to go here so it’s going almost to the bottom of the page and if I bring mea in I can line up so that straighter would be good that’s better so we’ve used just a little bit of sticker which means you’ve got more for later now I don’t care for these chairs I don’t know who did this who’s photo is I honestly can’t remember but that’s kind of not the point um so I want to cover that so what I think I’m going to do is I’m going to take this possibly not that color this and I’m going to just trim off the loopy bit and then this is going to go there which it’s going to go there with the information and then I’ll probably stick another bit of sticker there so bit of Teran tape hello Jenny really didn’t do a very good job of doing that it’s not much better but it’ll do so that’s to cover up although I could just go off the edge could I then I can cut it straight so that’s to cover up those chairs which really don’t owe any any any one anything and if we just cut that we don’t have to worry about the round bits so that’s there so let’s find something to pop on that Gap oh I know a knew I knew I I knew where is it no I could use that but I won’t we’ve got these is that going to be wide enough not quite we’ll go for the blue so this should be a signpost but guess not guess what you’ve got flu Leslie no that’s not fair sometimes life sucks doesn’t it having said that some cold thank you for that there we go so that covers that little area so we’re going to have some writing there then we can have hambur Hall the view of now while we were there we came across this Orchard area um and discovered the joys of Blossom bathing which basically you get yourself a yoga mat or something similar uh which they provided and you lie underneath the apple trees that are in Blossom I mean they were beginning to go over but they were sort of there and just enjoy the p peace and Tranquility of absorbing the moment right so henbury hall now that goes later o oh no that’s fine it’s going to work wow okay so this is Blossom bathing and I’ve take I took a photograph of the instructions and I’m going to write those onto a card and include those in the Scrapbook so these are going to go there and I think I might put the information about Blossom bathing on the other side so let’s use have I got another one of those that isn’t wild wheat which we had four and I’ve only used one so far so where’s the other one gone no can’t find it never mind oh there it is can’t see it for looking that one that’s better so I’m going to put the information about Blossom bathing in fact I might just use the photograph um on the opposite page so let’s pop these that way it was incredibly relaxing in fact I mean I’m normally the sort of person who likes to do the whole relaxing bit and the rest of them aren’t I mean Martin is a fidget at at the best of times note yourself don’t drop your take your pick tool on the tile floor doesn’t do the point any good um so yes he’s normally a bit of a fidget could I get him to move could I heck I know it may seem a bit old that I’ve taken them apart in order to put them back together again but to my head it makes sense I know doesn’t say anything very much but oh Leslie second lot of antibiotics for secondary infection given that you can only really have antibiotics for a secondary infection is that going to fit it is so what I have to do is bend and snap put it in the right way up so that’s Blossom bathing but I think we ought to say that oh the aura’s gone oh it’s one wonderful when it goes so again we’re going to go but this time we’re going to go little letters so if I do it that way up it’s quite it’s not interesting at all it’s but I’m going to say it’s interesting it’s quite interesting being behind my eyes because I have um floaters all the time and then when I get Aura it’s wonderful um but could I get them to move come on we’ve got to get moving and it was such a hot day it was glorious actually Amanda was wearing trousers she did regret it I was in shorts again bathing bath t h G got some bathing right I’ve missed an O out can’t spell apparently need another o between the m and the S Blossom bathing so same number of letters woo floats and Aura it’s just what actually is Aur so Aurora is something else so the Aurora Borealis is the Northern Lights um Aura um comes in various forms I didn’t know it did until I was talking to one of my GPS very recently and he said what form does your aura take and I said well it’s aura um so for me it’s like having fireworks going off in my eyes so flashy lights um but it disturbs so it’s like a Catherine wheel so it’s it’s moving quite fast um and when you’ve got floaters as well which are bits of protein floating around behind your eye um it’s interesting that’s saturated in sarcasm me saturated in sarcasm no so yes I really wasn’t it it threw me that there was more than one form of Aura okay we’re going to use these I need these to be straight so when we were book when we booked the hotel um Martin and I were deciding whether we were going to take his car which is a diesel or the electric car it’s very difficult when crafting particularly when you get the aura with the floaters um but happily they’ve now gone it’s been quite interesting during the live to have them both there the floaters are still there but it’s fine yours float across the room because of the floaters yes what I said was definitely sarcastic um so yes so we we rang the hotel and said uh we have an electric car is there anything they can do to you know can they do they have a charge point to which the answer is no they don’t but they can charge the car for us okay so we arrived and I mean we could have got there and back on just one charge but it’s always useful to have a bit of spare particularly as the one of the Alternatives would have been to let my brother drive and um he gets he makes my husband’s car sick um so yeah just saying um what are those what are those photos okay yes snobs tunnel um that just made me smile so can I get two across a page not really okay um so they said yes but don’t worry we we can we can sort it out for you um just bring your granny cable with you so that’s the one that goes into the three pin three pin plug which is the one we use mostly anyway because we charge our car off our solar panels um through a three pin plug so we arrive and I we check in and I then say so um car charging they said oh yes so um they took us into one of the private dining rooms and opened the window and they said pointed out of the window and said so if you park your car there we can run an extension cable out of the window window and charge your car that way okay so that is kind of what we did um now these may not look like they’re connected but they are so this had this next to it so yes do you know I can actually Leslie I can tell you exactly when I got mine as well so it was about 13 years ago um so it was just as I was finish probably 12 years ago it was just as I was finishing up chemotherapy and I’d had my last chemotherapy and I treated myself to tickets to go and see the Harry Potter exhibition um which was near where we used to live I mean it was in it’s in North London it’s just outside Watford um and we lived in Twickenham so it wasn’t that far and I’ve been a Harry Potter fan uh pretty much since he’s been around um and the company that I used to work for did the insurance for the films so I became the Quidditch expert um Liz can you tell us what quiddit is all about yes it’s something we don’t want to ensure uh anyway um I’m going to pop that just there so I went around to the exhibition which was lovely it wasn’t the first time I’d been there um and as I came out it was very bright Sunshine even though it I think it was March um now quite often bright Sunshine will set off my migraines um on this particular occasion it set off floaters um so that was just joyous uh so yeah that’s I can remember to the to the moment when they started right I’m just popping that there because I want this to be its break but hey you know could be worse and they are often not a problem they’re there but they’re not in a place that it matters and if they do end up in a place that matters you can actually flick your eyes around to move them around so I want to bring this across as far as I can I there is no significance other than I really it made me laugh that there was something called snobs tunnel so I’m going to write something about that there so that’s hanry hall and then we’ve got all of this space to finish up have we got enough photographs possibly not I might have to print some more I thought i’ done so well oh well anyway so we’ll have our geese with something and this I want to be quite a large thing because this is going to be the story as to why we’re you’ve never read or watched Harry Potter wow okay I mean it’s kids books and she’s got interesting ideas um outside of Harry Potter I mean she’s got interesting ideas um so I don’t necessarily support her as a member of the human race per se however um are you still getting migraines oh yeah I’ve had them since I was about seven um what I think she did that was really clever is the books the the difficulty read the reading level of the books grows with the age of the characters do I want to separate these are they going to fit no I’m going to have to separate them okay um so yes the the the read the first book is really easy to read the next one’s a little more complicated and has more kind of um complicated ideas but the language is also more complicated so the whole thing it I from that point of view I think it’s really clever um I have watched all the films I do have all the books some of them are first editions um not all of them but some of them are so yeah sorry I’ve just got to something popped up in the middle of my we want it to go that way around so this was when we arrived actually I might go I’ll don’t like that when we arrived at the hotel um if you wanted tea or coffee or any you know drinks um you went to the bar so the barman was basically always there and I have to say the staff were amazing um and on the first night I said to him do you have the wherewithal for making a Margarita cuz they had cocktails but not specifically a margarita cuz obviously Margaritas are typically Mexican um and I thought it would be fun to have a margarita while we were there bearing in mind it was my incentive trip so he said yeah yeah I’ve never made one but we can sort that out I’ve got the wherewith it so on the last night before we had our our nine course tasting menu my brother and I had a margarita uh let’s see I was weird with my migraines I mean I haven’t had a fullblown migraine for a while happily um and I’m going to go for the world wheat and um and and um I was always quite pleased because I get Aura I’m always quite pleased when the headache comes because the aura can be absolutely debilitating and when I say debilitating I mean absolutely debilitating we were away one long weekend with some friends up in Cambridge and came out of a pub which had been very dark and I’d had a Plowman so i’ had cheese and it was bright sunshine when we came out of the pub and I had been studying for insurance exams um and this was kind of my break from studying and my aura trigger sorry my my um migraine trigger is normally any three or four of 10 I’m just spitballing numbers um 10 things that come at the same time and I came out of the pub and instantly got the most amazing horrible amazing aura and I grabbed Martin’s hand uh really tightly and said don’t let go I’m about to I’m about to not be able to speak I don’t know why I knew I wasn’t to be able to speak but that can happen with migraines wasn’t something that generally happened with me but I could not speak for about an hour and I couldn’t see so actually for me the headache is almost better so in night’s Bridge there’s a narrow Lane called Squeeze Belly Lane I love that um yours started when you were 10 and ceased when you about 71 so I’ve got a few years to go not many uh J Julie’s crafting was told by her optician to keep an eye on them floats I’m guessing and find and I find more when I’m concentrating set off you’re a stigmatism I do have a stigmatism um I used not to so yes I have to have a but the this stigmatism doesn’t cause me a problem with the aura uh with the floating hello Brenton uh dad would get them so bad and he would get paralyzed down one side yeah I mean migraines can be horrible so I’m going to finish off what we were doing I’m going to do a bit about why we’re having margaritas that’s kind of hidden so here I’m going to do um a summary of the holiday yours lasted any from 3 to six days oh gosh and you ended up on a drip I was never that bad my you know it’s ironic really so I always say my mine were cluster migraine so I’d get none for years and then I’d get them repeatedly over the course of four or five months um so it was always quite interesting to have the right medication but on one occasion I saw a locom actually who was a migraine sufferer um and she was talking to me about migraines and I said well I’ve never really found anything that’s particularly wonderful and she said right I know what I need to give you and it was a nasal spray um because if you put anything in up your nose you cannabis um I’ve never done cannabis let it be so don’t do drugs let not even suggest that I do drugs um but but it’s a spray so she said try this and I did um now when I’ve had a migraine I normally feel completely as if I’ve been run over by a steamroller for 3 or 4 days when I used the spray I used to feel like I’ve been run over by a steamroller for three or 4 days um so go figure anyway so that’s kind of where I’m going to leave it I do need to do something on the back but let’s have a quick look at where we are so I’ve got my travel Journal um we start with the hotel I’m got to put something in here about where the hotel was oh I never managed to W it yeah Brenton gets them too three days yeah oh you get them because your thyroid playing up takes you days to get yeah I mean it’s they’re horrible my father I always assumed my father’s migraines were aura migraines but it was only when he was in his mid 80s that he had his first Aura migraine weird so the hotel the outside this is the back of the hotel the bedroom view of Hobby and then we go into the seven Valley Railway smile I’m going to put some something here um obviously that’s you know us having fun hubby so again I need to put some journaling there and talk about how this was made put a little Tucky more information about it the Aurora Borealis as opposed to the aura um because you know we need to note that it was then so hambur Hall so I do need to put Hamry Hall here because the stuff is here um Blossom bathing stuff about Blossom bathing more snobs tunnel the geese at the hotel and yeah so there we are sorry hour and a half oops oh that’s why you had the drip makes perfect sense so there you go I think this is a really really good introduction to scrapbooking um oh and this thing just goes over the top com up so I’ve got lots of sickers that I can news up there’ll probably be some left over for other things um I’m quite liking the idea of using this the sign here for the train journey to do kidderminster to Bridge North CU I’ve taken this one off so I’ll have that for something else so I can just chop the top off um so yes I think for anyone who wants to try scrapbooking and Mary your idea of getting this for on stage um I think would be amazing so yeah there you are an introduction to me doing scrapbooking on videos and the scenic root travel Journal kit so there we go as I say I do need to put something here I’ll find another photo to go there probably I might even have something Mexican that I can put there as a kind of Nod to Mexico so there we go should we flip the camera back up and and
