Looks like you have an IS mount fork, but a post mount caliper. You need an adapter. Not sure what model the caliper is, but if you google “IS to post mount adapter [insert caliper model]” you should find what you need

I think that’s a rotor for mechanical brakes.
I might be worng, but using that could cause overheating and brake fade (sudden loss of breaking ability).
