    Short answer: Yes.

    Long answer: Looks like at least the cage containing the pulley wheels got tweaked and it’s hard to tell from the angle of the photo but it looks like the hanger might also have been bent. If the hanger is bent you’ll want to adjust that as it will likely result in being unable to dial in the shifting perfectly. The cage doesn’t look tweaked enough to be a real issue and may be as simple a fix as just tweaking it back by hand.

  2. Probably not. The lower pulley and cage is canted on modern Shimano rear derailleurs for clearance and chain line in lowest gear.

  3. Hard to tell. It looks bent, but also it can be camera angle.

    I usually reference against the wheel – derailleur should be parallel to it.
