Just picked up this Crossroads off FB marketplace for a great deal. I’m going to use it as a daily rider city/hybrid bike. The drivetrain is honestly so smooth, shifts like a dream. Tires are each in great shape, Panaracer gravel kings. Grips are old and definitely need to be replaced, but what are some other easy upgrades or things I should look to add to the bike? I’d swap the tires around if you’re doing anything off-pavement. Grippier in the front will help with cornering.
