I got this for $50 and personally I love it. Just learning how to bike, rode my first 30 minutes today. I did notice my feet didn’t plant on the floor when on the saddle and I posted about it but people said they needed photos. I ride pretty smoothly but it is a bit hard to start riding again when I come to a full stop. Based on these photos is the bike too big for me?
This is a Trek Navigator 200 with 26” wheels and a 16.5 in frame. I am 5” 4” with a 30” inseam. Please let me know if you need more information regarding the bike!

Your feet shouldn’t be flat on the ground when you’re on the saddle.
Can you stand flat footed over the top bar?
That you can get the toes of both of your feet on the ground at the same time shows that your saddle shouldn’t go any lower.
I can get the toes of only one foot at a time onto the ground, by leaning a bit to one side or the other, but not both feet at the same time, and my saddle is at the right height.
This should help you understand more about saddle height and safely starting and stopping: https://www.sheldonbrown.com/starting.html
Looks OK to me
Very much doubt that bike’s too big. The sizing on that style is pretty academic, they’re all on the small side.
Looks like a good deal at $50 and I bet it’s great to learn on.
If you feel comfortable and does not give you pain after the ride that’s ok frame size are just guides. At the end of the day it’s your comfort and feel of the bike that matters

Change to an easier gear before you come to a stop.
It’s fine.
If anything, the handlebars are a little high, it’s adjustable, but as you lower it it will extend forward and you can also rotate the position of the handlebars.
Don’t be afraid to try adjusting things, trial and error is ok.
Nope looks good. Stand over height looks spot on. If you feel it’s to big you can always get a shorter stem, lower handlebars with not as much rise and lower the seat.
