Apparently the Batteries On The Go company considers it appropriate to block one of the busiest bike paths in Sydney Australia to replace a customer's battery. Deliberately blocking the bike path in this way an illegal and dangerous practice and unfortunately a common situation in this location. What do you think

I’m not from Australia (caveat). Can you send the photo, anonymously if you want to, to traffic enforcement? Would they do anything?
Either shame them in online reviews or call their office with constructive criticism.
Maybe somewhat more of a US thing, but I always point out the liability being taken on by the company & client for the sake of convenience. Money matters more than lives to many businesses, so I try to play at their level.
