Bought both of these recently. CD was $150 and Ridley was $200. CD has 700 wheels but is a tiny bit too tall (have to use toes to pedal at bottom) and doesn’t shift super smooth.
Ridley is more of a hybrid, and fits a little better but is on 26” wheels.
