Is this type of wobble to be expected on a new tire? I figured it was not seated properly so i popped the bead off all around and re-seated the tire with little to no change. Back tire does pretty much the same.
I also tried riding around the block a few times at min and max pressures, no improvement. Is this to be expected from a handmade tire? Wheels are true

it will probably even out over time, no tire is 100% perfect, if it was my bike, would ride it as is
