Take the seat post out and see if it comes out that way. That’s what I’d try first.

It does sound like somethings in your frame but it will be hard for you to get it out.

definitly sounds like a screw, also is there a hole in your frame at the end? under the bottle carrier
edit: maybe removing the bottom bracket will create a clearence where it can fall out.

Sounds like it’s in the top tube, only point of access would likely be remove seat post, there may be access there or remove steerer/headset. If neither of these allow access to the ends of the top tube then it’s sealed and whatever is in there is staying….. (manufacturing fault complaint). Unless I missed a trick and there’s a cable routing through there…?

Debris inside the frame, you can get it out through seatpost or bottom bracket

Use a magnet to find where it is and guide it towards the headtube, seatpost or BB hole. Same thing I do for internal cable routing
