A American made caad 9 with 105? Sweet bike! Assuming it’s in good shape 450 is a pretty good deal. If I knew where this was I’d buy it out from under you! 😉

Tiagra shifters, very hard to find hoods for.
Mismatched brakes, cable pull likely won’t be ideal, so either spongey or binary.
Origin-8 carbon fork.
Entry level / low grade wheels, okay for beater, but likely 2kg+ and I’d be very surprised if the hubs had ever been serviced, high likelihood of pitting on bearing races.
Random carbon stem.
All in all, unless you were really horny for the frame, take a pass. Even then, while I think that there was a time that older CAADs were great to pick up, modify, race, fang, whatever, they’re getting pretty old. Because they were so coveted, the significant majority have changed hands numerous times and been totally thrashed. Made in USA or not, unless it was NOS or VERY clearly showed signs of minimal use, I’d stay away.

Not really, Origin 8 replacement carbon fork I’m guessing because of crashout/ damage to the original, old components & shifters that will need an overhaul or replacement, probably needs or would benefit from new tires. I would get modern shaped compact drops instead of run old ergos that are always awful. Likely should have new cables & housing installed as well. Depending on how well maintained it is it may need a chain or chain, cassette & chaining.
Just the cheap aftermarket fork alone is ringing alarm bells.
