Looking to add a front rack to my Skream Ranger with Columbus fork. I understand the holes on the fork are only meant for a mud guard but wanted to try something for small light packages (nothing more than a 12 pack in terms of weight after work).
Bike is used for basic commuting in the city, nothing crazy.
It’s all rough and basic prototype, may ditch the entire idea but wanted honest opinions.

Nice work. I’ve been looking at the Bombtrack Outlaw which has one of these. Theirs is fully supported by the fork though. I wonder whether you’ll feel the extra weight with yours being distributed across the handle. Let us know how it handles.
