I only had the drop chain problem on the first ride once. after that I have rode it for 60 miles with no issued. It may only have to get adjusted by itself. The front light I ordered was not holding the charged and canyon sent me a replacement after I returned the defective one at not cost.I would say from my experience, the canyon customer service has been awesome.
