Subj: bought MET Vinci Mips in size M and can only 3 clicks back zip. Is it small for me? Thinking also about using bike cap for sweat, but imho it is impossible to wear it with this helmet.

Tbf I think you’ve answered your own question.
My last Met helmet was on the small side and ending up popping the arms out of the ratchet.
